Returns & Refunds Policy
At our store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our LED puddle lights and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to test the lights on your vehicle.
Eligibility for Returns
We happily accept returns in the following cases:
- You are not satisfied with the product
- The item arrives defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item or variant (BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Toyota, or Honda)
Condition of Returned Items
For a full refund, the items must be:
- In resalable condition with all original accessories
How to Start a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email (include your order number).
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (we recommend using a trackable shipping method).
Refunds
- If the product is defective or arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost.
- For change of mind returns, we will refund the product price. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your LED puddle lights for a different variant (e.g., from BMW to Mercedes) if the original item is still in new condition. Please contact us for exchange details.
Important Notes
- We inspect all returns upon receipt to ensure they meet the above conditions.
- Defective items are very rare thanks to our quality checks, but if one slips through, we’ll make it right quickly.
